Thank you for choosing Casa Bispo. To ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, please take a moment to read through our house rules and policies. We trust our guests to treat the home with care — these guidelines simply help set clear expectations for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

🕐Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM). Please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
  • Host meet & greet is available at a mutually agreed time — we’ll welcome you personally, show you around, and answer any questions you may have.
  • Self check-in via key lockbox is available. Your access code will be provided 24 hours before arrival.
  • On departure, please leave keys inside and ensure the front door is locked.

🏡House Rules

  • No smoking.
  • No parties or events.
  • Quiet hours from 22:00 to 09:00. Please be respectful of neighbours.
  • No pets permitted — Casa Bispo is a pet-free property. No animals are allowed inside or on the premises at any time.
  • The number of guests staying overnight must not exceed the amount booked.
  • Please keep the property clean and tidy throughout your stay. Dishes should be washed and rubbish disposed of correctly.
  • Wooden shutters must be locked when leaving the property unoccupied and when going to sleep. Inside windows can be left open.
  • Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly — turn off when not in the room.

All direct bookings made through casabispo.com are subject to the following terms.

Cancellation by Host

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We will also assist you in finding alternative accommodation.

Date Changes

Date changes are subject to availability.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include date changes or credit for a future stay.

🔒Damage & Security

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Any damage must be reported to the host immediately via WhatsApp. Failure to report damage may result in additional charges.

ℹ️General Information

  • The host is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during your stay.
  • In the event of a maintenance issue, please notify the host promptly so it can be resolved quickly.
  • Any modifications to the booking (dates, guest numbers) are subject to availability and must be agreed in writing.
  • By completing your booking, you agree to these house rules and policies.
